Megan and Claire 5 stars amazing help and service at the bar go and see them stayed for 2 nights amazing bar staff let's gooooòo. Also help with the menu, room service or bar food burgers pizza name it these girls are the best stay here all the time

Great hotel, Megan and Clair were fantastic and could not do enough for me and my lads who I was here with, absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend the Mercure at haydock, the room was perfect what I wanted, and luckily we got the sun, can’t beat a sunny day in haydock

A great experience, super breakfast, and very comfortable beds and Michelle and Marta on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, there were 67 of us on a rugby tour and they were excellent. We spent two nights here with a mix of parents and you boys and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Stay was very comfortable, easy check in. Glad my company paid the parking which was very high in my opinion. Both evening meals were excellent quality. Lydia in the restaurant is an asset to the business - excellent service. Room was comfortable and clean
